CLIENT CHALLENGE: Agrosuper has a long-standing relationship with us in their constant search for defining and executing a value proposition to startups that aligns with their strategy and definitions, in order to impact the company’s results.
WHAT WE DID: In 7 years, we have not only generated relationships with startups through traditional processes of calls and validation, but we have also co-designed specific acceleration programs in the food industry, supported in strategic aspects of management, prioritization, and mobilization of startups, and generated digital portfolio management tools. The close collaboration has allowed us to address challenges at different stages of Agrosuper’s value chain, with solutions that impact the industrial, production, commercial, logistics, sustainability, and people management areas, among others.
