Design of new Service, Experience and Business Model
CLIENT CHALLENGES: In the context of the massification of e-commerce, Garden House contacted us to support them in defining and validating a new hybrid business model (digital and physical) for one of their product categories focused on the US market.
WHAT WE DID: We researched trends and benchmarks, as well as needs and desires of potential customers to define an integrated value proposition between the product and an extended consumption experience that was tested and validated with customers. This gave us the guidelines to build a business case to face an internal investment process.
